It has just one tough battle in an area with multiple Brutes and a Brute Captain. This is basically the prologue, which takes you inside an enemy ship where you're tasked with disabling a stasis beam that the enemy has your dropship caught in. The only difference now, is trying to do it with as seamless capture as possible, which means minimizing deaths, quite hard to do. ![]() This is no experiment though, as I have already beaten the game via this same challenge. It basically just adds rare, humorous dialogue for Grunts, but IMHO, it really helps get me through the difficulty of such a project. I will be using only one skull, the one called IWHBYD, which stands for "I would have been your daddy", a line of dialogue from the original game. The first 3 are Banished Warship Gbraakon, Foundation, and Outpost Tremonius. ![]() These will be posted 3 missions at a time. No upgraded Core Shield, and no use of the Threat Sensor, Wall Drop shield, or Thruster to dodge with. I will not be upgrading any of the Abilities, in fact I'll only be using the base level Grappleshot. Once you've defeated Adjutant Resolution he'll explode, allowing you to shut down the Spire. As promised, this will be my Legendary mode walkthrough of Halo Infinite. If you die, you'll have to restart the fight. If you're on Legendary this can knock you out of the fight immediately, so keep playing from behind cover and get shots at his core when he's looking away and has stopped firing the beam. You'll see his light bubble with Hardlight energy before he shoots the beam. Adjutant Resolution, angry now, will start firing an intense Hardlight beam anytime he spots you. The second part of this fight begins when he's got less than a fourth of his health and all the arms are gone. Use the scan button to spot these while you're fighting. There are two weapon racks on the north side of the room close to the window at the front of the room and Hardlight, Plasma, and Kinetic Ammo crates around the room. Rinse and repeat till all his arms are gone. That's your chance to dish as much damage to his core as you can. After you've shot off an arm, Adjutant Resolution will drop to the ground, stunned. After Adjutant leaves, bring the Weapon to the terminal ahead.Īdjutant Resolution doesn't have any shields, so wearing down his health by destroying the weapon arms won't take you too long. Continue following him until a brief cutscene triggers. Then, follow Adjutant Resolution into the portal. Head to the top of this floor to plug the Weapon in. When you're done getting the weapons you want from the weapon racks, head up the gravity lift. Once the Hunters are taken care of, activate the gravity lift, but prepare before proceeding. Once you take down one, you can run away until you get a save checkpoint so you don't have to deal with both Hunters again if you die. Use a combination of the Skewer, Sentinel Beam, and any other weapons you can find around here, like the Shotgun, to take down the Hunters. As long as you keep moving, jumping back and forth to the left and right on the high ground, the Hunters won't be able to do much to you. One strategy is to grab the Sentinel Beam and get up on the high ground. ![]() You'll notice you can get up on higher ground in this area, which prevents the Hunters from using their melee attack on you. There's also a Sentinel Beam at a weapon rack in this area that causes good damage against the Hunters. ![]() Remember, Hunters are weak in the back, so try to maneuver around to the Hunters' backside before spending your rare Skewer shots. This is a great powerful weapon to use against the Hunters. Here, you'll find a Skewer at a weapon rack. To get started, use your Grappleshot to work towards the back of this arena. Your Grappleshot is your best friend in this fight, as you can use it to quickly get out of the way of the Hunters' melee attacks and gunshots. Once you approach the structure, be careful, because it's time for our first taste of Hunters in Halo Infinite's campaign. As you approach, head to the northwest side of the Spire structure and you’ll find this audio log next to a wrecked Warthog (near a Spartan Core).
